For bookings between June 15 and September 15:
- Cancellations made up to 60 days prior to arrival are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival are non-refundable.
For all other periods:
- Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to arrival are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable.
All cancellations must be submitted by e-mail or post.
